Refund policy

Simple Sweet Mama does not accept returns or exchanges.

Very -RARELY- do I issue a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the mistake must have been made by me.
Should I issue a refund - your item must be returned to me in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To contact me with any concerns, you can contact me at simplesweetmama@gmail.com. If a refund is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
