1. Name to be added
2. Team Colors
3. Mascot (Warriors, Dolphins, Chiefs, Blazers, etc)
4. Unisex or Ruffle Garment

A few fine print details to know prior to purchasing:
- This is a sample stitch
- I have full creative control 
- Designs will be on a white shirt (unless I choose otherwise)

Specific Information for Football Samples:
- Most team phrases (ie - Roll Tide, War Eagle, Pony Up, etc) are copyrighted
- I can not publicly display these phrases, so all football samples will either have your kiddo's name or "Go (Mascot)"
